But it really isn’t as simple as “just do it!”
The anti-inflammatory life-style is the solution if you:
Tired a lot,
Dealing with cancer, diabetes or auto-immune disorders,
Need to lose weight,
Have ADD, or acne,
Have aches and pains, or just don’t feel healthy!
Learn about why the Standard American Diet (SAD) is making us sick and tired, depressed, cranky and unable to think clearly or get motivated. Practice tools for getting over the hump and making the changes self-sustaining such as EFT (tapping) and self-hypnosis. Get to the bottom of these life-draining habits and create your best life, by working through emotional issues, such as co-dependence, self-sabotage, or self-esteem issues. We will create community to foster insight, shifts, encouragement and support.
