We will help you find the information and tools to optimize your lifestyle, and create lasting knowledge about what you need to feel good. One on one coaching sessions and many resources for education and support create a well rounded program.
Come away with personal insight and plenty of practice with new habits and tools. You will get a personalized meditation practice, guidance with supplements, customized new recipes and lots of little health hacks that can really add up!
This program does not tell you what to change in your life. It helps you to get clear about what matters to you and how to get where you want to go. It helps you clear obstacles and build on successes. You can choose anything from very small changes, different evolving goals, or working on one large one. You choose your focus and goals. We will help you create and build on successes, using of a huge range of tools, spanning psychology, brain science, nutrition, Functional Medicine, mindfulness and meditation, hypnotherapy, herbal medicine, detoxification and self exploration. We will guide you to some of the key tools and resources that you can use to educate yourself from top experts on health and psychology. This is a way to give and receive encouragement, empathy, tips and friendship, to create genuine supportive relationships and community. Each program is scheduled for eight weeks, and participants will have the option to continue in a variety of ways; one on one with a friend from the group, or with your health coach, through the Facebook page, or as an ongoing group.

WEEKLY LIVE, ON LINE CLASSES WHICH HELP YOU FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS AND LEARN TOOLS AND NEW HABITS FOR SUCCESS
We will break down the keys for stress management, body healing, working through blocks and changing your brain and body. We'll have group interaction, questions, empathy, encouragement and support.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING OR EMOTIONAL CLEARING / PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS
The program includes two free coaching sessions with Chelsea and the option to continue for an additional fee. This coaching integrates tons of health tips and resources with psychological tools for change. Psychotherapy with Julisa is available for an additional cost.
ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY RESOURCES
You will be going through this program with a small group of other participants. You will be able to give and receive support in break-out sessions and through the Marco Polo ap. You will have access to an extensive list of podcasts, interviews, articles and webinars to learn health hacks from top doctors, nutritionists, and other practitioners relevant to your issues and goals. See the resources page for examples of some this information. We will meet you where you are at, from drinking more water, spending more time outside, learning micro-meditations, to working through detox or an elimination diet; we help you take the steps that you are ready to take.
