I will help you discover keys to manage stress, depression, anxiety, emotional eating or other addictive behaviors. You'll be supported in creating natural health and feeling better and more connected. Learn how to optimize your mental and physical health, or manage your health issues more skillfully.

Our world has become increasingly toxic and not conducive to a long health span. This group will help you explore tools that you resonate with to naturally support your body. 

No one will impose any goals or agendas on you. We will explore what people are experiencing and what they need. Tools and techniques will be explained, and folks can choose what appeals to them and learn from, and support each other. 

Detoxing can be as simple as drinking more water, or learning a easy lymphatic massage. A questionnaire can help you spot areas of potential toxin issues, tools and techniques to address that will be discussed.

We'll be drawing from cutting edge research in brain science, stress management, and mindfulness. Learn a tool kit that works for you and can help you skillfully respond to stress and change as our future unfolds. We will support and encourage each other in taking steps in the direction of greater aliveness and empowerment.

We will explore meditation as a group, and build skills and techniques to make the practice rewarding and deepening.

 I began meditation practice prior to starting graduate school in Transpersonal psychology in 1989. I have participated and led multiple retreats and explored tons of types of meditation from seconds to days. We will grow together according to the interests of the group.

This program does not tell you what to change in your life. It helps you to get clear about what matters to you and how to get where you want to go. It helps you clear obstacles and build on successes. You can choose anything from very small changes, different evolving goals, or working on one large one. You choose your focus and goals. This program will help you to create and build on successes, using of a huge range of tools, spanning psychology, brain science, nutrition, Functional Medicine, mindfulness and meditation, hypnotherapy, herbal medicine, detoxification and self exploration.  You can learn some of the key tools and resources that you can use to educate yourself from top experts on health and psychology. This is a way to give and receive encouragement, empathy, tips and friendship, and to create genuine supportive relationships and community. Each program is scheduled for eight weeks, and participants will have the option to continue in a variety of ways; one on one with a friend from the group, or as an ongoing group.

You will have access to an extensive list of podcasts, interviews, articles and webinars to learn health hacks from top doctors, nutritionists, and other practitioners relevant to your issues and goals. This group will bedrawing from the work of people like Dr. Pearlmutter (Brainwash, Grain Brain), Dr. Mark Hyman (The Ultramind Solution, and dozens of other best sellars), Tara Brach (Radical Compassion), Kelly McGonigal (The Neuroscience of Change). You will benefit from years of research and and experience​ with clients working with cutting edge practitioners in Boulder, Colorado.
