The body is the unconscious mind. If you have health issues that are not resolving, the psychological piece is essential. Likewise, psychological issues frequently have roots in the "second brain" or the gut.

ARE YOU SEEING CLIENTS IN PERSON?
No, I see people in person in my garden in the summer. During covid I will only be doing Telehealth until late spring when the weather allows.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
I do not. What I do offer is a 10% discount for ongoing weekly therapy. That means coming every week and applies after you've been in therapy for ten weeks. The tenth session will be free if you are continuing in ongoing work.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I am not in any insurance networks. Out of network coverage can apply to your therapy. That will require that you meet your out of network deductible, and you will submit the forms to your company and be partially reimbursed. I will give you receipts to submit. They will require a diagnosis which will go into your health record. You can also pay from a HSA account if you have one.
HOW LONG WILL THERAPY TAKE?
This entirely depends on your goals. I do brief therapy for a very focused topic, such as trouble making left turns. Sometimes issues can resolve in a single session. However, my work is very comprehensive and deep. I work with my clients from many angles at once and most people see me for many months or years.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SESSIONS?
My sessions are 75 minutes. This allows time to talk and to do the mindfulness-based inner work, and then have time to be centered and comfortable leaving the office.
